Monarc Optics 14 Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your Monarc Optics glasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging included.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items showing signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@monarcoptics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
